Munitions Operations Technician – (Qatar and UAE)

Performs all munitions accountability, inventory actions to include historical records in accordance with AFI 21-201 and 11A-1-10 and other applicable tech data. Operates Combat Ammunition System (CAS).

Technical Inspector (Communications-Electronics) – Kuwait

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, perform initial, in-progress and final inspections on various pieces of military, commercial, and other forms of communication equipment. Makes proper classification determinations as it pertains to US Government property. Assists Shops as needed with Troubleshooting processes. Uses proper TMDE in the daily operations phase. Test and Troubleshoot all forms of Communication Systems belonging to the customers.

Repair & Utilities (R&U) Lead (Secret Clearance) – Kuwait

Under the supervision of Trade Shop Supervisor, provides mechanical systems support services, including maintenance of all associated systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and plumbing-related systems, such as water, fuel and sewage, exterior plumbing, and interior plumbing. Is familiar with the systems used to dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including recycled materials mechanical systems (i.e. compactors) as well as incinerators. Will operate the incinerator as the primary operator. Works within a team of systems technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion.

Locksmith (Secret Clearance) – Kuwait

Under the supervision of Locksmith Supervisor, the Locksmith installs, repairs, modifies, and opens a variety of locking mechanisms found on doors, desks, compartments, mobile equipment, safes, and vaults. Examines locking mechanism and installs new unit or disassembles unit and replaces worn tumblers, springs, and other parts, or repairs them by filing, drilling, chiseling, and grinding; opens door locks by moving lock pick in cylinder; or opens safe locks by listening to lock sounds or drilling. Makes new or duplicate keys, using key cutting machine, changes combination by inserting new or repaired tumblers into lock, and establishes keying systems for buildings.

Locksmith Supervisor – Kuwait

Under the supervision of Allied Trades Supervisor and\or Trade Shop Supervisor, the Locksmith Supervisor supervises, installs, repairs, modifies, and opens a variety of locking mechanisms found on doors, desks, compartments, mobile equipment, safes, and vaults. Heavy Equipment Mechanic Lead – Kuwait

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or applicable Manager, performs full range of field-level maintenance on the Stryker Family of Tactical Vehicles (M1126 Infantry Carrier Vehicle, M1127 Reconnaissance Vehicle, M1128 Mobile Gun System (MGS), M1129 Mortar Carrier, M1130 Commander’s Vehicle (CV), M1131 Fire Support Vehicle (FSV), M1132 Engineer Support Vehicle (ESV), M1133 Medical Evacuation Vehicle (MEV), M1134 Anti-Tank Guided Missile (ATGM), and M1135 NBC Recon Vehicle (NBCRV).

Facility Engineer – Kuwait

Position requires thorough knowledge of engineering design, engineering techniques, exceptional leadership and project managements skills. Responsible to manage the engineering, inspection and surveyors’ teams. Utilize best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives. Run all the engineering activities within the organization and make sure these are aligned with the established policies and objectives of Vectrus. Plan and conduct independent work, requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria. Devise new approaches to problems, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, Vectrus Safety Procedures and ASG-KU Standards.

Communications Engineer, Senior – Qatar

Under supervision of the Information Management Manager, responsible for the overall operation of the Land Mobile Radio network; currently ASTRO 25 and WAVES Mass Notification System. Manage and support the Land Mobile Radio System (LMRS), and act as the primary POC for all user generated support issues. Responsible for requesting, and managing frequency allocations.

Building Inspector – Kuwait

Under the supervision of the Public Works Inspector Supervisor, performs inspection of carpentry-related items in new construction, upgraded, and/or repaired fixed, semi-permanent, or relocatable structures. Ensures compliance with requisite contractual, US Government, DoD, U.S. Army, local and safety, regulations, codes, policies, guidelines and instructions. Provides support to the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Branches and Projects Teams.

Makes proper classification determinations as it pertains to U.S. Government property. Assists Shops as needed with Troubleshooting processes. Uses proper Test Measurement and Diagnostics Equipment (TMDE) in the daily operations phase. Test and Troubleshoot all forms of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) Systems. Conduct Actual Cost of Damages (ACOD), Estimated Cost of Damages (ECOD), Estimated Cost of Repairs (ECOR) and Estimated Cost of Fabrication (ECOF). Conduct Tests on Serviced, Repaired and Overhauled equipment to ensure operating efficiency before returning to customer. Understands the automotive repair shop equipment and functions in order to provide assistance and coverage whenever needed. Perform technical research and ensure operational readiness of assigned equipment. 8+ years experience performing maintenance services and overhaul of Combat Tactical Engineering, Power Generation and Ancillary Support equipment at the Mechanic or Inspector level.

RTCH Mechanic – Kuwait

Under the supervision of the Engineer and Special Purpose Equipment Supervisor and TMP Supervisor, RTCH Mechanic performs the full scope of field and sustainment level service, repairs and overhaul of the KALMAR/RTCH and all variants of material handling equipment (MHE); and other Special Purpose Equipment. Duties: Performs the full range of field and sustainment levels of maintenance including but not limited to overhaul, repair and services. Check and troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems; remote control systems; and variable frequency drive of crane equipment. Ensures work is complete and conforms to standards and requirements IAW technical manuals, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) manuals and local SOP/IOPs. Utilizes equipment and supplies properly. Test and inspect engine to determine malfunction. Locate missing and broken parts and verify repairs using diagnostic equipment. Perform calibrations with various types of Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) and precision devices. Conduct preventative maintenance checks and services (PMCS), administrative services and unscheduled maintenance activities. Work in accordance with instructions contained in equipment manuals and workshop time schedules; retain service records. Ensure safekeeping of workshop tools & equipment and comply with occupational health and safety regulations. Conduct Environmental Protection/Control duties. Performs other duties as assigned.

Missile Repair Technician (Secret Clearance) – Kuwait

Report directly to the Armament Systems Supervisor. Troubleshoots, and repairs, electronic and communication equipment, components, and systems according to instructions. The maintenance performed ranges from operator level thru limited general support including the installation, servicing, troubleshooting and repair of VIC 1 and VIC 3 inter-vehicular communication systems and associated equipment and performs Patriot Missile System M901 Launcher Quarterly Services, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs electronic and communication equipment, components, and systems in accordance with Technical Manual Processes, Procedures and Instructions. The maintenance performed ranges from operator level thru limited direct support including servicing, troubleshooting and repair of the M901 Launcher and associated equipment.

Locksmith, Senior – Kuwait

Fire Apparatus Mechanic – Kuwait

Under the general supervision of the Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) Supervisor, this position is responsible for the recovery, repair/replace, maintenance and services of Fire Trucks and mini pumper squad trucks.

COMSEC Repairman (Secret Clearance) – Kuwait

Under the supervision of the Lead, the COMSEC Custodian/Repairman troubleshoots and repairs all COMSEC/controlled cryptographic devices and other electronic equipment (e.g. receiver/transmitters, both commercial and tactical, circuit cards, telecommunications devices, telephones, teletypes, intrusion detection systems, AOAP spectrometer and similar items and equipment). The Repairman shall perform field maintenance on intercommunications systems in tactical vehicles, night vision devices, and ground surveillance radars (GSRs). When directed by the Lead or Supervisor, the Repairman shall perform Field Maintenance on Communications Security (COMSEC) and Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) materiel. COMSEC material consists of: publications and classified equipment managed under COMSEC material control systems, and publications and unclassified COMSEC equipment that are managed within the Army maintenance and supply systems. This includes declassified CCI.

Carpenter, Lead – Kuwait

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of Carpentry related systems and equipment. Trade Lead conducts Field Surveys (FS) and Initial Assessments (IA) for assigned construction projects, which include: calculation of Bill of Materials (BOM), development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), projecting Labor Hours, providing technical approaches and preliminary Field /Technical Drawings, Project Assumptions and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Lead will also verify actual hours worked to reduce manpower expenditure, and report all faults, and deficiencies, as well as time and materials expended. The Lead will ensure personnel exhibit superior workmanship and focus on a quality end product. The Carpenter Lead is also responsible to provide status updates to management via various means including computer-based information management systems. Lead will have direct oversight of project electricians and ensure personnel complete all tasks in accordance with the Public Works Safety Policy and Environmental, Safety & Health directives.

Automotive HVAC Technician – Kuwait

Under the supervision of the Engineer and Special Purpose Equipment (ESPE) Supervisor, performs field level maintenance on utilities equipment and special purpose support systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), Environment Control Units, quartermaster and chemical equipment, DRASH units, refrigerators and Military/Commercial Vehicle air conditioning systems.

Emergency Vehicle Tech III – Kuwait

Emergency Vehicle Technician III (EVT III/EVM Lead) trained specifically to maintain and repair firefighting equipment and emergency vehicles, including fire engines, tenders, tankers, rescue, flight line assets, foam systems, air compressor, dry chemical systems, hazmat response vehicles, and utility vehicles all known as firefighting apparatus. Perform master mechanic level duties as required. Coordinates and performs highly skilled mechanics work. Maintains various types of emergency and fleet vehicles including equipment.
