Job Summary:

Primary liaison between Supplier and the AFCENT staff on issues relating to War Reserve Materiel (WRM) capability reporting and assessment within the theater. Primary interface with the AFCENT staff and Program Mgt Office on matters relating to reporting Bear assets. Positioned within the WRM office and under the guidance of the A4/WRM Chief, provides visibility and tracking of WRM equipment and supplies in support of AFCENT theater operations and exercises. Applies Logistics Plans and supply expertise to assist with the development and execution of WRM support and sustainment of theater contingency/exercise plans. Ensures established objectives and goals are met. Applies knowledge of Logistics Plans, WRM Concepts, Production Management and Capability Assessment to meet goals. Provides management reports and analysis on WRM capabilities, Equipment On-hand and production required to improve overall program support to the customer. Provides a reach-back capability for DI Muscat to coordinate WRM reporting and analysis. Additional Duties: LIMS-EV reports data specialist and Internal Auditor/trainer.


  • Work closely with AFCENT LGXP staff
  • Provides monthly capabilities assessment for contingency planning and production goals
  • Provides logistics oversight for WRM reconstitution sites in the AFCENT AOR to include tracking supply status for Critical WRM assets in transit from DoD, DLA and AF Depots.
  • Provides inputs to wartime/contingency planning to include “what if” scenarios working directly with the AFCENT.
  • Coordinates closely with LGXP staff to provide capabilities impact in LRC tasking approval process.
  • Consolidates critical command supply assistance requests and forwards to command for their action.
  • Reviews SBSS status of critical items relating to Bare Base reports received from the contractor support office.
  • Validates equipment and spares authorizations against SBSS and contractor provided data to determine readiness capabilities and reports data to HQ USAF, HQACC AND USCENTCOM.
  • Produces monthly SORTS and ARTS data reports for inclusion into SORTS and ARTS.
  • Provides input to staff efforts to integrate production management and inventory status data with Air Force planning and Programming actions.
  • Interpret reports provided through the Bear Order of Battle system and be capable of Extracting tailored reports upon demand.
  • Serve as a rep on the AFCENT LRC.
  • Performs other duties as directed by the CLO.


  • Must be deployable for potential duty in the in-theater LRC.
  • Must have good communicative and staff skills.
  • Have a thorough working knowledge of the Logistics Information Mgt Sys- Enterprise Version (LIMS-EV)
  • High School graduate is mandatory with an Associate’s Degree being highly desirable.
  • Must have at least 10 years experience in logistics related activity, preferably in Supply and Logistics Plans.
  • SBSS experience is mandatory.
  • Must be able to work with Web-based applications, databases, spreadsheets.

Travel / Other:

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Must be able to obtain a SECRET Clearance (Active).
