ERP (GCSS-A) Clerk / Lead (Overseas)

Job Summary:

ERP Clerk/Lead performs customer service for all GCSS-A related activities in accordance with the GCSS-A End User Manual(EUM). Generates GCSS-A reports as required. Performs duties as the Shop Stock/The Army Maintenance Management System clerk. Responsible for maintaining notifications, work orders, records of services performed, records of ordering and managing repair parts, records of dispatching vehicles and equipment, maintain shop stock and turn-ins of unserviceable repair parts, issue material to work orders, return any recoverable / reparable material to stock, enter time confirmation for work orders, perform the work order completion process, and update the operational status for a piece of equipment IAW GCSS-A EUM.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Clerk (1-2 Years) or Lead (3-4 years) GCSS-A experience required.
  • Must possess USG GCSS-A External Certification.
  • Must be able to perform edits base on FEDLOG codes and classes of supply.
  • Valid US Passport
